Having been in the shoes of a "client" and calling home "back east" makes Matt a powerful part of the Dome Mountain guide staff.
Kirt, “Dirty Kirty” always brings a high amount of positive energy to even the toughest of days in the field and knows what “keeping the faith” is all about. Having successfully made a full time career as a professional guide, Kirty chooses to live the kind of life many can only dream of. A Montana native, when it comes to hunting guides there’s no finer. His experiences have taken him all over the world from Alaska to Chile, and his stories parallel his adventures. There’s never a slow day on the mountain with a guide like Kirty. He’s one of the most accomplished horsemen around and a great hand in the high country. 
When it comes to understanding elk behavior and hunting accordingly, Tyler Barrus gets things figured out. There's few full time guides in Montana, and very few that are full time because they're that good-he's one of em! He's been putting people on elk season after season regardless of their experience and abilities. When elk hunting gets tougher than normal, you won't find Tyler making excuses, you'll find him on the next ridge making something happen.

Once Rick got bored with being on a successful pit crew with NASCAR and a successful businessman he decided that a secondary career in being an elk hunting guide was simply next on his list. His maturity and years in the Montana elk country gives him the sort of experience that can only be gained through time. A wonderful smiling presence even in the most challenging situations, Rick has the ability to educate his clients on elk hunting and patience, which is why you will see his face behind many of big bull elk laying on the ground.
